We want you to love your MADMIA purchase, so if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original MADMIA packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the Return Authorization form before shipping the package back to our warehouse via a tracked mail service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
